Why you need to convert your Paypal Balance to another Currency?
It is because some sellers are not using US Dollars (USD) or other currency so when you buy using Paypal and the currency is different from your Paypal Currency tendency is your Primary Credit Card will be charged in this transaction.

Here's an easy step to change your Paypal Currency 

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click Profile near the Top of the Page. 

3. Click My Money Tab.

4. Click Currencies beside PayPal balance.

5. Enter the amount you want to convert under Currency Exchange.

6. Select the currency to convert the funds from.
7. Select the currency to convert the funds to.

8. Click Calculate to see the currency conversion.
9. Click Review Exchange to transfer the funds.

10. Click Exchange Currency to confirm the transfer.
