2. Click “Enroll Now”

3. Fill-out the Login Information*, Client Profile and Account Enrollment pages * Make sure to put a check on the Phone Banking and Mobile Banking boxes (For me I Only Choose Internet Banking and the others are  not check)

4. Click “Submit” button on the Acknowledge Enrollment page

5. Print the BDO Electronic Banking Enrollment Form, sign and submit immediately to any BDO branch

Note: You will receive an e-mail confirming the activation of your Internet Banking account. You may also view your application status by going to https://www.mybdo.com.ph. Just click “User with pending application” and login using your enrolled user name and password.
