In this tutorial I'm using an iPod Touch 4G 32gb Version 4.3.3 using JailbreakMe 3.0 and you will learn how to jailbreak your iDevice in a simple steps using jailbreakme 3.0.
See your iDevice version by going to Settings > General > About
You will now need to figure out if you should use redsn0w or JailbreakMe.com 3.0. Look below for my recommendations:
iPhone Original: redsn0w only
iPhone 3G: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPhone 3GS: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPhone 4: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPod touch 1st generation: redsn0w only
iPod touch 2nd generation: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPod touch 3rd generation: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPod touch 4th generation: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPad Original: JailbreakMe (recommended) or redsn0w
iPad 2: JailbreakMe only
Now find the jailbreak tool that you have selected to use below.
JailbreakMe 3.0
Before You Begin make sure that you have a strong internet connection and you don't need a computer or an iTunes in doing this jailbreaking method.
Make sure you have performed a final sync and backup with iTunes.
Step1: Connect you iDevice to the internet using a WiFi connection.
Step2: Open Safari on your iOS device and go to jailbreakme.com
Step3: Tap Free Button, then click the Install Button
After clicking the install button you will see the cydia icon installing like on the application store.
After the installation click the cydia logo
Just finish the loading at the top of the screen and you will see at the bottom of the screen your iOS version and cydia version.
Tap the Manage tab > Sources > Edit > Add > http://cydia.hackulo.us/ to install installous (you can add more sources to find more other application to download on cydia)
After adding the source tap search then search for Installous then click the Installous 4 then click install button then Confirm to start installing.
then after you finish installing the installous you can now download free games and applications using installous.
