First Login to your Paypal Account and make sure that you have a funds to transfer to your local bank account here in the Philippines and your account should be Verified.

Second Click Withdraw Tab then click Withdraw funds to your bank account (Make Sure that your bank account is connected or link to your Paypal account. You can link your bank account's when you are Verified)
Third type the Amount you want to Transfer to your Bank Account then Choose what bank account you want to send the money from Paypal or you may add another bank account.
Fourth Review your withdrawal (Make sure that the details are correct and complete Otherwise the funds will be returned to your PayPal account and a return fee of P250.00 PHP will apply.
Then after you have reviewed your withdrawal you may now click Submit Button.
Fifth PayPal will process your withdrawal request and it may take up to 2-4 business days to complete the transaction and depending to your bank's policies and holidays schedule.
At the My Account tab you will see the Pending transaction about your Withdrawal details.
A Confirmation mail will be sent to your PayPal email address
Thats it enjoy and wait your money to transfer to your local bank account.
