Here is a Guide on How to Setup Blogger with NameCheap
(In this tutorial you already have a NameCheap Domain)

Namecheap.com - Cheap domain name registration, renewal and transfers - Free SSL Certificates - Web Hosting
Step 1: Login to your blogger account then Click Settings Tab of your desired blog you want to change then Publishing then you will see a line "Switch to: Custom Domain" Just click on the Custom Domain link

Step 2: After you click the Custom Domain link you will see a line of "Already own a domain? Switch to advanced settings" just click on the Switch to advanced settings

Step 3: On the Your Domain text box just enter your Domain Name (my domain name is www.iamjasonangel.com) that you choose from NameCheap.

Then enter the Verification Code at the lower part then Click Save Settings.

Step 4: Login to your NameCheap Account then click Manage Domains

Then select your Domain Name (Just click the name)

Then on the left side panel click "All Host Records"

Step 5: At the top, in the field where it says "@", put http://www.yournamecheapdomain.com/ into that text box. On the drop-down list to the right of that box, change the field to say URL Redirect.
In the 2nd box, choose "CNAME (Alias)" from the drop-down box and put "ghs.google.com" (without the quotes) into the textbox.
This is so that email will still work on your domain.

Then Save your Settings

Important!

It may take a few hours to a few days before everything works properly. It is normal to receive 404 errors during this time.
